SyntaxQuest — PRMSU Sta. Cruz Campus

By creating an account on SyntaxQuest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not register or use the platform.
SyntaxQuest is exclusively for Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) students currently enrolled at President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) Sta. Cruz Campus. You must provide a valid PRMSU Student ID in the format YY-C-S-NNNN (e.g. 23-1-2-0212) to register an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with other students or use another student's credentials to access the platform. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
Your quiz attempt records — including scores, programming language categories, difficulty levels, and per-question breakdowns — are automatically logged in the system's database. This data will be used for academic research purposes as part of the thesis study on the effectiveness of the Immediate Feedback Algorithm (Per Question) conducted at PRMSU Sta. Cruz Campus. All data will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
Your personal information — including your name, Student ID, email address, and quiz performance data — will be kept confidential and used solely for academic evaluation purposes. Personal identifiers will be handled with strict data privacy protocols. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
You agree to use SyntaxQuest solely for legitimate academic practice and learning purposes. You must not attempt to manipulate quiz results, exploit system vulnerabilities, access other students' records, or use the platform in any manner that violates the academic integrity policies of PRMSU Sta. Cruz Campus.
All new accounts are subject to approval by the system administrator before access is granted. The administrator reserves the right to reject or deactivate any account found to be in violation of these terms or suspected of providing false registration information.
Participation in the research component of this study is voluntary. You retain the right to discontinue use of the platform at any time without penalty. For questions regarding data privacy or research participation, please contact the CCIT Department of PRMSU Sta. Cruz Campus.
